Terrell Mill Estates Homeowners Association

Thanks for doing your part to support our neighborhood.
Our HOA is dedicated to maintaining the qualities that attracted us all to Terrell Mill Estates. This begins with the members of the board and other homeowners volunteering their time for tasks that benefit everyone. Then, the dues you pay provide essential neighborhood infrastructure, starting with an attractive and welcoming entrance. This includes year-round flowers,
water and power, upkeep of the irrigation and lighting systems, regular landscaping service, and maintenance of the brick, stone and ironwork. The dues also cover the costs of printing, insurance, our small website, and occasional legal expenses. Your support really is vital, and it is greatly appreciated.
Dues rolled back to $60 for 2021... with more ways to pay.
With everything going on, we decided to roll back the 2021 dues from $75 to $60, which is what they were in the 1970s. Really! We hope it helps in its small way. If everyone pitches in and pays on time, maybe we can keep the lower dues in future years. And to make it more convenient we've added more ways to pay.
• PayPal • Credit Card • Debit Card • Venmo • Check
Dues Contest! Pay your dues by April 1st and you'll be in the drawing for one of the $60 gift certificates from Ace Hardware, Liberty Pizza or Massey Automotive! Details
