Neighborhood Covenants
Our covenants are registered with Cobb County and apply to all properties in Terrell Mill Estates.
The covenants are printed in the back of your Terrell Mill Estates Directory and can also be downloaded as a PDF by using the link on the left. They are straight forward and serve us well in maintaining neighborhood standards and home values.
In particular, if you are considering a home addition, adding another structure, or installing a fence, makes sure you're familiar with the covenants. You need HOA approval for these types of projects. There is RARELY a problem, but the process helps you stay within the covenants and county code.
